Final preparations are underway for Operation Elite Leader – Alorica’s – Leadership Training and Team-building mission scheduled for 13 April. In the past 30 days, members of FMI’s Elite Leader Cadre have been planning and coordinating the innovative military-style leadership training at D-Day Adventure Park in Wyandotte, OK. FMI strives to provide the BEST and most realistic possible leader development and team-building experience.
