Steve Bashore, General Manager of Buffalo Run Casino,  presented Director of Leader Development, Jimmy Burgess, Forward March Inc. with a check as a way of giving back to the local veteran community for their service and sacrifice to the country.

Buffalo Run has a great history of showing appreciation for Military Veterans, both for employment and in their customer base. This year, they have partnered with Forward March Inc. in sponsoring military-esque jerseys for the Joplin Outlaws Military Appreciation Night, July 1st at Joe Becker Stadium in Joplin. After the game the jerseys, along with other items, will be auctioned off. All proceeds from that event are going to the Heartland Canines for Veterans, a non-profit organization that places service dogs with Veterans.
